The company is one of the first commercial cipher products manufactures and distributors approved by the Office of the State Cipher Administration Committee ,a qualified unit of "computer information system integration related to national secrets" approved by the State Secret Bureau, a pilot unit of computer network security services authenticated by the Computer Network and Information Security Administration Office (CNISAO) under the State Information Application Leading Group and the undertaker of the state information security and application demonstration project (S219).Koal Software has also co-sponsored with the Information Security Engineering College of Shanghai Jiaotong University the domestically first class information security lab --"Shanghai Key Lab of Overall Management Technology Research of Information Security."
